1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the FlashRide application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FlashRide provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver partners for transportation services. We do not provide transportation services directly. All rides are provided by independent contractor drivers.

3. User Accounts

To use FlashRide, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Ride Booking & Pricing

All fares are displayed upfront before booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on distance, time, demand, and vehicle type. FlashRide reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Cancellation charges may apply as per our cancellation policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and approved digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely. Riders are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to: damage driver vehicles, behave in a threatening or abusive manner, use the platform for illegal activities, provide false information, or interfere with platform operations. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Safety & Liability

FlashRide is committed to safety but does not guarantee the actions of driver partners or other users. We provide safety features including GPS tracking, trip sharing, and driver verification. Users accept rides at their own risk within the bounds of applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the FlashRide platform are owned by FlashRide or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without written permission.

9. Termination

FlashRide may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction of District Lodhran, Punjab, Pakistan.
